The Turkish Radio and Television Corporation was analyzed within the frame of indicators such as "effectiveness", "access", "compliance", "quality", "equality", "efficiency", "output" and "results", which are service performance measurement ways in creating a Public Value. Tokat zerinden yayn yapan Radyo Trkiyem, kark formatta arklar almaktadr. Merkezi istasyonu Tokat’ta yer alan ve kullanclarna Türkçe karma müzik ziyafeti sunan Radyo Türkiyem, son dönemlerin en çok takip edilen kanallarndan bir tanesi olarak görülmektedir. Quantitative data comparisons and short analyzes formed via a literature review were used as methods in the study. In the study, the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT), which serves on the same platform with the private sector but is engaged in public service with public motives, was selected as an example of public value measurement, based on the idea that the issue could be understood more clearly.
