Hi,I have been asked to set up a shared mailbox (no an issue there), but they want it so that any senders are anonymous so they don't see who sent it, but would want the ability to reply back to that user.Is there any way of doing this so the senders name.

Once installed, you just log into the software using your O365 username (email address) and password and the software is now registered to you (and Outlook works to get your email). From there, you can download/install Office 2016. To be more specific - you know that having a O365 Business Premium account, you can log in at. Or maybe that's something entirely different. Maybe I'm reading that wrong, but it sure does seem like Amazon over-complicates this a bit.

You can connect Amazon Workspaces with office 365 Azure ADĪs for Office though, you can create your own Amazon Workspaces images and install your own applications including Microsoft Office 365 Is this possible or am I going to have licensing issues? Will this client still be able to use their Office 365 Business Premium service while using Amazon Workspace? Basically, they only install what comes with their subscription.

I'd have to purchase a different license for Office 2016. CloudJumper said they can't use that because of terminal service licensing. My question is: The client uses Office 365 Business Premium.

The end user is using a Windows 7 or 10 computer - which they are all familiar with already. Integration with AD and/or Azure so at least they can access mapped drives. Basically terminal services with no AD integration. Their solution is basically RDP to a Windows 2012 or 2016 server. I looked at CloudJumper's workspace as a service. So, I'm looking at DaaS to reduce costs, less hardware to manage, and licensing costs and issues reduction. The challenge I face was: Do I continue to build out the remote desktop (VDI) structure I have in place for 5-6 users now? I don't want to build out that solution for 20-25 new remote users.

I have a client who is going to be moving almost 50% of their staff off-site - to become remote workers. CloudJumper sees this as a major opportunity for the channel and is allocating resources for first-mover advantage among its peers.I've been thinking about and reading and poking around about DaaS stuff lately. Now organized as two separately operated entities, CloudJumper’s mission is the enablement of Strategic Service Providers (SSPs) in the delivery of WaaS.Ī relatively new channel partner classification, the SSP model was born out of the convergence of telecoms, ISVs, and MSPs moving into each other’s space, and ultimately the cloud. “Our organization represents a new era in plug-and-play business IT where ease of operation and an unmatched customer experience scales without limits.”ĬloudJumper originates from the personnel and resources from cloud hosting services pioneer nGenx – a spinoff of telecommunications provider, Q-Comm Corp. “Managed services have evolved to the point where providers no longer have to deal with the assembly of complex solutions, unwieldy configurations, or a combination where difficulties in management are par for the course,” said JD Helms, president, CloudJumper. NWorkSpace is a fully packaged WaaS platform, including software, infrastructure, services, and support designed for a “highly automated, yet customized user experience.” The channel-centric solution enables the strategic service providers (SSPs) interested in delivering cloud-based desktop and application delivery services to benefit from the easy and cost-efficient nWorkSpace platform.ĬloudJumper’s nWorkSpace WaaS platform is a channel-centric solution that would offer partners and customers a choice of licensing models for greater flexibility and lower costs, including named user and concurrent user licensing options. CloudJumper, a Workspace-as-a-Service (WaaS) platform provider, has launched its new cloud hosted workspace offering, CloudJumper nWorkSpace, and a “flexible” WaaS licensing model.
